As the birth place for the Margaret Kuo's restaurants, Peking at Granite Run Mall celebrates 33 years of dedicating its cuisine to authenticity and refinement. It is now introducing a new menu which exemplifies Margaret Kuo's contemporary interpretation of Northern Chinese and Authentic Japanese Cuisine.

Velvet Chicken
Tender slices of white meat chicken wok braised in egg white sauce. Light and delicate a true northern delight.
